Technical Process
- Step 1: Dewatering
- Step 2: Removing Sludge
- Step 3: High Pressure Cleaning
- Step 4: Vacuum Cleaning of Tank
- Step 5: Antibacterial Ultra Violet Irradiation
Step 1: Dewatering
Firstly we do Dewatering of water tank by mechanical pump system. It clears the
sludge, dirt.
Step 2: Removing Sludge
After dewatering we use sludge removal equipment, which suck the Sludge/Mud.
Step 3: High Pressure Cleaning
After Sludge removing, there is major main task to clean Moss/Algae from the walls
and ceilings. We use High-Pressure Jet Machine that cleans thoroughly all the Moss/Algae
from walls and ceiling. This machine cleans each and every point of Water Tank.
You can see unbelievable change in the tank.
Step 4: Vacuum Cleaning of Tank
After using Hi-pressure Jet machine we use industrial vacuum cleaner for sucking
all the sludge/mud and moss. And your water tank will be seeing neat and clean.
Step 5: Antibacterial Ultra Violet Irradiation
This is final process after complete cleaning the water tank we use UV irradiation
technique for cleaning remaining bacteria. Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI)
is a method for disinfection that uses ultraviolet (UV) light at sufficiently short
wavelength to kill microorganisms.
